
1. Face pull - elbows and hands level, pull to ear height.
2. Archer Row- both arms back, move one at a time out and back.
3. Reverse Fly - Arms straight pull out as wide as possible.
4. Pull Down- slight hip hinge, arms straight, pulls hands down to hips.
5. 90-90 - pull elbows back to ears, rotate fist up to ceiling, slowly return back.
6. Scaption - face away from anchor, hands move from hips up to eye level.
7. Scapular Protraction- Pull scapulas back and then push them away as far as you can.
